Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, hygiene and mobility
- Support meals, medication reminders and daily routines
- Promote comfort, dignity and independence
- Observe and report changes in well-being
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
Qualifications
- PSW certificate from a recognized program
- Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills
